'Full Body Workout| KeKe Soul Fitness'

'This full body workout is going to take you to the NEXT LEVEL. It\'s fun and intense! You will definitely sweat and might struggle, but just know you are not alone. Push through and just don\'t quit.   I only completed one round in the video but I recommend doing 12-15 reps and 2-3 rounds.  Only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells (I used 10 lbs) and a mat. If you need more breaks - TAKE THEM! Don\'t worry too much about that. You will improve over time.  LET\"S SWEAT!
